Awaiting with such anticipation something that lasts only 6 minutes ... alas.

Still, it was nice to see Josh with his brother.

I may go to that restaurant with my kids, as well.

no vlog

on January 1, 2012 - 8:45pm

Am I a mature, 55 year old, highly educated mother of adult sons?

Or am a mindless, childish bundle of emotions, irrationally obsessed with a singer, waiting on his every word, to the point that I neglect my own life, as if I were an adolescent?

sigh.

No vlog.

Have to wait until tomorrow, seems as if it were an eternity.

Not too sane.

sopa

on December 27, 2011 - 9:33pm

My son says SOPA passed.

That makes me angry.

I've bought many albums in the past two years. Before that I had not bought any albums in something like 15 years.

The change came from viewing videos on YouTube. I decided that I liked certain artists after viewing videos -- many of which were likely put up without permission from copyright holders.

That's the way I discovered Josh. I would never have bought a single album if someone hadn't posted all those videos -- again likely without permission.

The music industry is crazy thinking that the way they are going to make more money is by prosecuting fans who post things on the Internet.
