Hey everyone. Now I have to get used to looking on this a little more often.
Well, tomorrow is Friday the 13th and anyone who works in the medical field knows what that means... FREAK SHOW!
Today all the energy has been zapped out of me. I may have worked out a little too hard yesterday and I've had to be up at 4:30 every day for work. Thinkin' a good night sleep will be in store for me tomorrow.
So, I have an interview tomorrow for a second job. I applied at Old Navy at our mall. Not that I miss the retail business, but with the economy, my new car, a vacation, and a divorce in the near future I'll have to survive somehow. I guess I don't give up easily and don't rely on others for financial support. The best way to put it is independent.
I don't know if I posted the other day that my wild side has kicked in again. Hardcore working out nearly every day and I promised my girlfriend that when I hit 145lb I'd pierce my naval. YEAH, did that a couple of days ago. I hate being on that end of the needle, but I have had shots hurt worse. Now I have to hit the 135 mark so the ring doesn't CAVE in on me. When I stepped on the scale today I was at 143. Another small victory in my life.
Tomorrow me and my son are heading to St. Paul for the weekend. He is working on his engineers badge for scouts (yes, he got involved in something and likes it). I decided it would be good for us to hang out for the weekend and will hit the Mall of America on Saturday afternoon or maybe on Sunday. All depending on time. Lorelei will spend it with grandma and then her and I will take a weekend some time in the near future together. She's funny, I asked her where she wanted to go and she said "Black Bear" (a local casino) I asked her why and she said "they have a $10,000 money booth". I think we'll go somewhere a little more exciting AND AGE appropriate.
I hope you all have a most wonderful weekend. Hard to believe Thanksgiving is only 2 weeks away. I'll spend that with my brother and his family this year.
Take care all and big Josh Hugs
~Cheryl
