Hey Josh Im your cousin my great grandmother just died (100 years old) but my great grandma is first cousins with your grandma (last name stern) from california so heard your famous wanted to know if we can hang

As I walk through stores, banks, bookstores, I hear Josh softly singing in the background. If I turn on the TV, I catch him on morning shows, comedies, night time talk shows, award programs, singing the National Anthem at playoff games, at inaugurations, with Tony Bennett,,,,the list is endless. In three days I GET TO SEE HIM IN CONCERT!!!! for the third time.
I believe that Josh Groban's voice is THE sound of America:embracing all countries and languages, are we not the refuge of the oppressed; do we not open our hearts and hands with love to the loveless and weary; do we not say, "Do not give up, we in the Light of God will help;",,,,,isn't that Josh's message in each song?
As one artist to another,God has given you a deep well, my friend. Dip often, let the Light shine. Bring the world together.
End negativity. You have the tools. Never doubt.
Love,
Linda

Thank you for the WONDERFUL performance in Indianapolis!!!!! This was my 1st time (& my dad's) seeing you in concert and you are the best performer I have ever seen, and I have been to over 20 concerts. The way you mingled with the audience was over the top!!!!! Your sense of humor is very pleasant too (Just Josh!). Having 2 stages was an added bonus as my seat was directly across from the center stage, but a little too far for my liking. Please come back soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just viewed your interview with Time and it was very well done. Too bad more performers aren't as natural and good looking as you. I am very glad you posted the interview because I rarely watch tv, so I would have never seen it if you hadn't posted it, THANKS!

Good Luck To You and All You Do:D

Stephanie

I'm having a hard time deciding if I love Josh with or without the face hair!!!!! I love him regardless, he looks SO innocent without the facial hair, but then again, so sexy with it.
ummmmm

Sophia, how lucky you are!!!!! Josh is coming to Detroit on July 16th, I'd give anything to see him, but I can't. BUT I have the videos on here to watch and I do......Higher Window is my favorite. I love Josh

Off to Raleigh tomorrow with my Va Beach, Chesapeake, Portsmouth friends hear in VA to see our first Illuminations tour. Can't wait. We were the Pink Ladies at GMA in November and we will follow you to Richmond, Norfolk, DC, and NYC! Love you, your music, and the friends all over the US and world we know because of you! Priscilla

I can't wait! May is for blossom! Josh let us bloosom!

hi Josh, i love to hear you sing. you have such a beautiful voice. i have all you cd's. listen to them a lot. hope to see you in concert someday.

Dear Josh,

I want to see you in concert in Omaha NE May 24th so bad but just don't have the money to buy the tickets, I've tried winning them but no luck,I'm disabled and have been having lots of medical issues this year my doctors want me in a motorized wheelchair but my insurance company wont pay for it so I have to use a walker but its really hard for me to get around. When I hear you sing you really lift my spirit and it helps take my pain away, Do you know any other way I can get tickets to see you at the qwest center May 24th, I'm pretty much homebound until I can get a motorized wheelchair so i'm still praying i'll win tickets to see you.
Thanks for listening.

Would you believe I recieved an early present. Yes indeed I was presented today with a small box and could you guess what was in it. ILLUMINATIONS ooh yeah. It felt like I had won the lottery!! Thank you Josh Groban for singing songs with meaning, difinition and love.

Warm Regards

Sophia Wheeler

Would like to send a huge thank you to Josh for the compassion in his music, all that he shares with his fans and of course his most wonderful voice and humor. My adult son and I saw him, in Vegas shortly after he had been released from the hospital, due to a mental illness. At the concert my son stood, sang and cried to You Raise Me Up. From that night on he has listened to Josh on his Zune to help relieve the stress and torture of the illness. He says when the world of the illness takes over the world of Josh Groban's music takes it away. I now can actually watch and see the sadness disappear from his eyes and a clearness with sparkel and gleam return as he listens. So for me Josh is much more than a young man with a great voice and presence but my hero. It is said that miracles happen through music and Josh Groban's music has made the agony of this journey we are on much more manageable and at times less tragic then it might have been. So for that Mr. Groban again thank you for all that you are and all you continue to be. We cannot wait to see you in Los Angeles on August 17th. I am surprising my son with third row seats. > Peace

Hi Josh,
what a great song!!!! I'm brazilian and I really really LOVED the song. It's a wonderful choice: the mix of your voice, emotion and talent, with Carlinhos Brown one of our greatest musicians. When will you come to Brazil - Sao Paulo?!!! Please!!!!! Anyway.. I'm going to see you in Las Vegas! I'm REALLY looking forward to it!

Wow, it truly is most important to be able to share those experiences such as you have had with someone. I hope that you were able to bring someone close to these and enjoy taking the memory out and cherish it. Oh, and I have seen you on Buzzcocks...yeah, love the hand kissing thing..I kissed my hand and I liked it sounds like a good funny song to sing for your next album. Just trying to inspire here to make you think...lol

Is the first time I see this interview, and I am your fan still more because you dont't be a person serious and you are funny and you are so young to be serious like the music you sing wonderfully you seems to me the great guy with a big talent and amazing voice and solidary with the children. Josh, I like you the way you are!!

We’ve watched you from a distance, seen your celestial talent and become a huge fan. You’ve touched our hearts for good. We are not “Super Celebrates” nor do we wave a lot of money. We are just a family. Our lives have change by your talent. You have became our 10 year old's, greatest inspiration. He is not a “sports” guy, rather his outlet is in playing the Piano and reading. He finds great joy in releasing his emotions in piano & music.

As a mother, I can not think of any thing better to fuel his inspiration, then for him to meet you in person. If I had a wish it would be, to take our family to see you May 16th in Dallas Texas. Wishful thinking I know, but please know we just adore you. Best of luck in all you do, and enjoy your 2011 tour! You’re the best!

Josh, I had no idea you have done so many major performances! I’m a new fan, recently discovered you!! I was thinking the other day it would be awesome to hear you sing the national anthem…and wow there it is.

You have been given the most wonderful blessing from God. Your voice is absolutely phenomenal, one of a kind and breath taking. I could listen to you for hours.

I hope you have a concert in Maryland or nearby….I would love to see and hear you in concert.

WOW! Now THAT'S a good interview! Very impressive & hits some great highlights of your career (for once). I still want you to sing on Glee, though! That was a real missed opportunity! You gotta go back!!! ;o)

Hi Josh Groban I just wanted to express what a blessing it is to listen to voice, goes right to my heart and deeply into my soul and it doesn't matter what language you sing in. I have say you are up there with my other most beautiful healing voice and that is Sara Brightman, boy if you all ever sung together how magical would that be!! I saw you this morning on all your interview's and you said you have a dog,was wondering what kind? I have 2;my Shadow, she's 9 a black G.S. but looks like a black wolf and Rosco Peco Train who's 10 and just adopted 1 1/2 ago and he's a Collie, they are my heart along with my 2 sons,daughter-in -laws and grandchildren and when I play your music, listening with heart I truly then realize how blessed my life is and give thanks but I wanted to take a moment to thank you making each and every day a blessed one for me and so before I headed to work,I'm a high pressure boiler operator,I stopped at Bull Moose and got your new CD,I love it,I put it in as soon as I got here and of course all the guys kinda made fun but I don't care I told them as soon as they left I was going to turn it up.I should bring in Sara Brightman tomarrow and play it,they would all probably reall have a fit ! LOL!!!! I was wondering if you were going to have a concert in Portland Maine? Congradulations on your move to New York and I'm glad you took some quiet time for yourself yesterday.I saw your doing a concert in Dallas at AMERICAN AIRLINES,my sister Terri Holmes has been stewardess with them 45 years, how I wish I could give her tickets to see you,she does sooo much for everyone;I haven't been home since 1997 to see her or my other sister Barbie(I can't leave my dogs for that long) LOL! I do know what they both will be getting your CD next Christmas!!! I can't wait to get off to watch you on David Letterman,he's a funny man!!! God Bless you Josh for being you!!! xoxox,Cindy,Shadow and Rosco

Josh: I have been a fan since the first time I heard your incredible voice. I have also been lucky enough to attend your concerts each time you have included Edmonton AB and/or Toronto ON Canada on your tour. I really hope this tour will include one or both cities so I can have the pleasure to see you again. For your Closer Tour I had to get special permission from my doctor to leave the hospital for your show on the promise that I would return immediately after. I had just had major surgery 6 days earlier and was expected to stay in the hospital for another week or two. If there are no Canadian dates set yet please consider including Edmonton AB to the tour. You have an amazing amount of die hard fans in this city. Please come to Canada Josh!!

I am 15 and I have listened to your music since I was a baby. You music just makes my day go smooth. It also helped me stay close to God when I was in the hospital over this past summer. I hope on your next tour you can come to Fort Wayne,IN. If you do I will be there. Thanks again for sharing your music with the whole world. Your biggest fan Alexis King

I've never done this before, but I felt compelled to somehow thank you for your incredible gift, "Illuminations." It tugs at something just below the conscious mind, something I think all inspired music does. It will touch many peoples' hearts. Congratulation on such a spectacular accomplishment, and thank you for staying true to yourself and your dreams. May God continue to bless you and keep you in his protective care.
Susan

Hooray for Time Magazine!!! And congratulations, Josh, on coming across as the quirky yet level-headed, humorous and talented, enduring, more-than-a-personality great guy your true fans know you to be!!! Great sentiment on taking family along to events to share it through their eyes as well as your own. Hope the career/personal balance you've acquired infuses all your life and takes you on worthwhile paths. Worthwhile to you; no one else needs ring in.

Hi Josh!

Your new album is AMAZING! And for my surprise you put in it a portuguese song.... a brazilian song! It's my favority and I can't stop listen to it!

"Amar... o quanto precisar... que ame!!! Então recuse a escuridão, te amo! Pra que chorar?? Chorar é fim! Você existe em mim!"

So, I have to ask you when do you came here.... to Brazil??? It will be a dream listening you singing this song (and all your songs) personally!

Please visit us in São Paulo!

night night honies, homies and bunnies...

"Joshie Grobie's is so big now!" Tha's my best friends son Alex. Yes the voice is amazingly great! Not even the cold weather can beat it! The coolness and crisp air of winter seems to complement Josh like dew! The numbness and desolate persona of our close minded society seems to open up into a vibrational vortex upon listening to Josh melodious rhapsody of story telling and sentimental tunes. The long awaited connection from past sorrows and scars are brought to light with such dedication healing our souls for once again we realize we are not alone and love still lingers on.
The fragments of our past and days of thunder take it's place among the many pieces of puzzle and the faces once again take shape as the melody relinquish it's power over our memories of days gone by. The future unfolds a tapestry of unsong heroes of old and spiced with the excitement of devonaire and elegant voice, comlemented by a choir of angelic echoes from arched towers of the Cathedral of sacred souls. Inspiration runs high like sparkling glitters dashed on majestic mountains like drops of rain and rainbow. The thougths of rest and recitation of soothing words on high. The depths of ocean soon finds solice among the coral and cultivates wave of graceful current among live sea shells. Soon many follows the sweet sound of live giving notes on keys and strings. Inspirational words and rhythm magnetises and pursues the creative of minds and sends the cacophony of noise into a glorious dance of instruments and their graceful players. And onc again despite all the chaos of this world we find comfort in each
others melody and harmony triumphs over sorrow! We take joy and unlease the power of our words of unwavering grace and beauty!

Excellent interview. I believe that is why I love your music and voice so much, because without humility, goofiness and world view, you'd be just another great voice. The power behind your voice is your person. We are blessed to have your music playing in our home.

Best

I just love this presence. Thank you for being here inside of me now.

Hi Josh!!

Please, please, please put an Irish date for your next tour!!! I missed you the last time. I would love to hear you live!! It would make my day!:)

I got the new album from my boyfriend for christmas!!I LOVE it!! Thank you!

Happy new year to you!

Lots of Love, your Irish fan, Karen xx

Excellent interview Josh! Thanks to share it with us. I am very surprised and happy to see you as an actor. It was my first time and it was a pleasure to watch your performance in this little part of the interview (Glee) when you play the role of Josh Groban himself. You are very good! I hope to see you soon on the movies. I think the film you took part is going to be released on April, is that correct?
And one more time, congratullations for the new album. My favorites are Galileo, Voce Existe em mim, Hidden Away, War at Home, etc....

Kisses.
Grobanaice

well I see that you seem to be doing more interviewes these days and I love it. My thought was that you did not like to get interviewed, but when are you going to be on Jimmy Kimmel or Jay Leno? Did you start your tour ideas yet??

You use this word a lot, but it doesn't make sense to me the way you use it.

Mr. Groban,

How on earth do you remain so humble when you have been so spectacularly blessed with true talent, and given more opportunities to give to MILLIONS of people than some cities combine? I have 3 or 4 of your albums now (Closer and Illuminations are my favorite), and am always amazed out how seemingly "effortlessly" your voice pours out. I am extremely sensitive to sounds/noises, but your voice is like a healing and soothing dressing to a wound!

But back to the interview. I love watching you not singing, because you have so much personality! I wish there was more to this interview, as it seems there is so much of you that is... restrained/contained. We, your fans, only get little tastes, even in the little "vlogs" you have posted.

Keep up the wonderful work in being a well-known, I would hope well-paid, and truly wonderful artist! You have the unique ability to touch your fans on a personal level. I feel as if I could walk up to you if I saw you at a public place and just have a chat and that you might actually be genuinely interested in my story, as well as sharing your own. That is what makes you special. That it what works for your art, and why you reach millions of people's hearts, minds, and souls! Great job, and keep it up!

All best,
C. Stoll

I just received the new album for Christmas and I absolutely love it. It has such a different sound than you're other albums (in a good way :D)

Hi, josh. I ran into your music when I was searching for celine dion's songs on the internet about three years ago and since then I've been listening to your cds both at home and on our sightseeing trips to anywhere. My family and I really enjoy your songs. Merry Christmas!

As always, Josh, your interview with Time was fantastic, and I do love "Illuminations" as well. It's incredible how your music is growing along with you, so the change is really nice. After reading some of the other comments from other fans, I'm even more touched by your sensativity and can't help but smile and remember how much you touched me on that wonderful night when you asked about Rosie. Now that I've got Zahara, I really hope to see you again, so you can meet her. Can you please make sure to let me know when and where in Atlanta you're going to be, so I can make that connection? I also need your prayers, because I'm going through a lot with Mom being sick and my Trigeminal Neuralgia and the new therapy. It seems to be working, but the past two weeks have been hell with the extremely cold weather. Now, it's almost warm, but it's going to drop like a bomb again in a couple days, and I'm dreading it. The pain can be so bad that I've been known to pass out. I want this to be in remission, so I can sing with you. I need this therapy to work, though, and I've got 4 and a half months to go. If after six months go by, and it works, I'll be able to take it for the rest of my life, but that's great, because I'll be able to hopefully get off the medicines I'm taking. Please help me make these hopes and dreams a reality. Thank you for who and all you are. It means so much to me. God Bless!

I was anxious to purchase Josh Groban's latest CD
"Illuminations". I even preordered it before it was released without hearing any of the samples and I must say that I'm very disappointed. What happened to the Josh Groban who made his 1st three CDs? I just finished listening to the whole CD and there doesn't seem to be any melody to his songs. He should either go "classical" or go back to his melodic love songs that tell a story. I understand he used to work with James Foster. Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to go back with him. Also I wish Josh would stick to ALL Engish songs on his CDs. I love to sing along with him on my 1st three CDs but not this one. From now on, I'll listen to the samples of his music before I purchase one or maybe just purchase individual songs. If his future CDs are like this one I'm afraid he's lost my interest. Sorry, Josh!

Nice interview with Time Magazine. Every time I read or watch an interview I learn something new, different and interesting from you. Great job Josh! Thanks for sharing this one, and please… don’t ever feel hesitant about posting an interview about you for us!

Hey, this was a great interview with Time.

I like your T-shirt on Glee. What is that on there? Hmm.
Maybe one day I will get to see the Glee program. The name Maria on the envelope reminds me of Santanas song.
What an honorary interview though, really. You held yourself very well.
I never once, thought in a million years you were a snob.

um i wrote a few songs and i can upload a video and show you how they go .. and I would like you to perform them ..well if you think there good which i and few other people i showed believed that you would be the best person to sing them .. write back:)

Hi, Josh. I have very very high respect for your parents. I salute and commend them for having raised such a wonderful and talented person , YOU. Can they maybe write a book and let the world know bits and tips for all parents to learn from? Of course, the great looks is not one that can be easily achieved outside of the combination of your Mom and Dad but at least it's good to learn some of the perfect human recipe that makes a Josh Groban personality. Can your Mom maybe write a book?

Hey Josh, count me along w/the others in praise of the interview: honest ,informative, simple. The new album rocks!!! Great to see you writing more. Also, I enjoy your renditions of the patriotic classics. I've gotten weary of hearing them "stylized" to the point of being almost unrecognizable. Sometimes the purity and integrity of the music is best. Purity and integrity appear to be two characteristics of your art. Thanks for sharing.
John NYC

Great interview. I'm just amazed that you have such awesome perspective on what you are doing. You've been anointed with this spectacular talent and somehow take that gift seriously without taking yourself too seriously.

Thanks sharing your rich and beautiful voice with all of us!

I cannot tell you how this album has moved me. Beautifully done! I hope to see you come to Oregon soon.

Josh Groban. Wow, I would just like to start out by saying that you are a wonderful and sensational singer. You make people feel so enlightened and more than who they are. You bring out the good in every situation and make moods change in every second. Everyday I listen to your music as a motivation and inspiration to enhance who I am. Without your words of wisdom and grateful music, life would have not seen the light. Thank you so much for being such an amazing artist and civilization you have brought forth to out nation. Your music gave me unforgettable memories that will remain with in my heart for ever. You are a extraordinary man and do amazing in everything. Thank you again.

Great Interview.. as always the chameleon... straight and narrow.. proper... Like a little boy doing the interview and yelling "let me out"... could feel your excitement and a twinge of nervousness... You were marvelous! Wow... Time Magazine... Another bright feather for your cap!

love it!!!!

Watching at this interview and watching all those important events where you have performed I just can not stop thinking about what a great musician you are. And the saddest thing is I can´t get any of your CD´s in my city. It really surprise me how marketing can sell "rubbish" instead of good music. Isn´t ubelievable?
Btw, I love you don´t take yourself so seriously, I love that part of you, being funny!!!
