    GUIDE TO PURCHASE TICKETS
Here is a step by step guide on how to purchase tickets:

    1) Visit Your Profile page and write down your pre-sale code. Your unique codes are located on the right hand side of the page. To see an image of where the code is located, check out this page. Codes are case sensitive and must be entered exactly how it's listed on your profile.

    2) Ticket links are also located on Your Profile page. Please note that the Tampere pre-sale does not require codes. Simply click on the private link above and you will be directed to the FOJG pre-sale page.

    3) Once on the ticket pre-sale page, enter in your code in the pre-sale box

    4) Select your tickets and complete your purchase.

If you are having trouble during pre-sales email your questions to Customer Service.

    TICKET CODE INFORMATION
Please note that your codes are good for only 4 tickets total. Your pre-sale codes are for ONLINE ticket purchases only. You will not be able to buy tickets over the phone or at the venue box offices. View the additional information below for more details on codes.

    WILL CALL DETAILS
Important note: Fan Club Presale tickets are WILL CALL ONLY. Your tickets will be at the venue box office. Please note the instructions/restrictions below.

In order to pick up your tickets, you may be required to present:
    • Your valid photo ID, driver's license or passport. A valid ID must be duly issued by a government agency and include a photo and a signature.
    • The credit card you used to purchase the tickets.
    • Your confirmation number.

The box office will not release tickets if the name on the ID and credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets. To find out what other types of photo ID are acceptable at the venue's Will Call, please contact the venue directly.

If you decide to pick up your tickets at will call before the day of the event (and the venue allows you to do so), you may not be able to do so until more than 2 business days after you have ordered them. For example, if a ticket is purchased on Saturday (i.e., not a business day) the ticket cannot be picked up until the following Wednesday. This restriction does not apply if the event is occurring during that time.

    HELPFUL PRE-SALE TIPS
Here are additional tips for pre-sales:

    - Have your unique code on hand before the pre-sale begins. It's best to type in the code (beware of extra spaces) and store it somewhere safe. Be sure not to share your code with anyone -- members who share or sell their code may lose membership privileges and their tickets.

    - Be aware of pre-sale start times. Make sure you know when your pre-sale starts! Pre-sales for this show begins at 10am local time. That is, if you're buying tickets for an event in New York, the pre-sale will begin at 10am EST, and if you're buying tickets for a California date the pre-sale will begin at 10am PST.) Ticket availability is limited and it is strongly advised to purchase tickets as soon as pre-sale begins.

    - If you have you code ready, when the pre-sales begin, just go directly the ticketing website to access your pre-sales. To make things even easier, try bookmarking the pre-sale pages so you can access them quickly without searching when pre-sales begin.

    - If the venue requires you to create an account before purchasing tickets, we highly recommend that you create your account before pre-sales begin. Please note, this account is separate from your FOJG account.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed. All fan club subscription sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for fan club membership subscriptions for any reason, including inability to purchase pre-sale tickets or inability to purchase preferred seats.
