Pre-Sale Instructions:
This is a LIMITED TIME, FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE PRE-SALE. The maximum order is FOUR tickets, per show, per person. You do not need a code to access tickets for these dates.

**Create your account ahead of time. To participate in pre-sales you must have an account set up with the Artist Arena system. We highly recommend that you create your account before pre-sales begin. Please note, this account is separate from your FOJG account. If you don't already have an account, you can create one here.

- Be aware of pre-sale start times. Make sure you know when your pre-sale starts! Ticket Availability is limited and it is strongly advised to purchase tickets as soon as pre-sale begins.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed. All fan club subscription sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for fan club membership subscriptions for any reason, including inability to purchase pre-sale tickets or inability to purchase preferred seats.
