First and only Josh Groban Concert...so far.

The first and only Josh Groban concert I have ever been to was in St. Louis, Mo. in 2004 (He hasn't been to St. Louis since....which is really sad since the Awake album was so phenomenal). I remember that I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. When they started to play the opening number and Josh started to sing, I got tears in my eyes. I just could not believe I was sharing the same space as one of my favorite musical artists. We were really high up in the nosebleed section, so we could not see very well, but I remember yelling to Josh with my friends. We knew it was a long shot to yell something at him, and have him respond but we decided to give it a try.
We then yelled to him "You're yummy!!" (We had a thing in high school with saying the word yummy about everything). It's pretty embarassing that I actually said that to Josh Groban...but whatever. He actually responded, though. He said, "Thank you" in a really unsure tone...and I would have done the same if a bunch of 15 year old girls told me I was yummy.
Nonetheless I had a great time at the concert, and it is the only concert besides an Eagles concert that I have gotten teary-eyed at.

A sad one

He was due to arrive in SA for his Awake tour. 2 days b4 the concert got postponed indefinitely due to some IDIOTS. i was C.R.U.S.H.E.D! had to cry myself to sleep 4 an entire week. bt i knw that God has his plans and will hopefully bring Josh to us soon...i'll keep praying.

Concert in Columbus, OH

At this concert, we had great seats, on the side. There was one part where Josh was in the audience, and was walking down the isles! We were so excited, as we were just about to have him walk by - when he turned left and went down another isle. I was so bummed, but I got a great picture :o) and memory! (the picture isn't digital yet, and needs to be found!)

Come to South America and I will fill this part!!

Josh: I can't write about any concert that I was in. My dream is to be in at least one of your concerts, I enjoy your music so much that I will love to be there. Please, please put SOUTH AMERICA in your future tour plans.
I write from Paraguay, but if you go to Brazil or Argentina, I will be so happy, and I will do anything for be there. PLEASE ADD SOUTH AMERICA TO YOUR TOUR PLANS

Josh Groban Comes to Sydney on the Awake Tour

It was a warm october night when i escorted my mum to the famous Sydney Opera house to commence to see josh groban live we got ushered to our seats and we could see everything the pre act was on before josh came out but she did a good job to warm the crowd up... then the main event started and Josh with his awesome voice ever came on the stage and the opera house was filled with cheers from the crowd, and when he sang In her eyes he literally passed behind us not close enough to touch him but we saw him in the flesh around us and that made the night for both my mum and myself and we cannot await to see josh come out to sydney again and hopefully fill out Acer Arena for another sold out tour !!
good job Josh awesome tour well done !

waiting for concert in ROMANIA/SIBIU

This is just a wish-post:

I hope those organizing Josh's up-coming tour will consider adding concerts in Eastern Europe.
I suggest ROMANIA. SIBIU would be perfect since it was European Capital of Culture in 2007.

JOSH, WE'RE WAITING!

MISSED MELBOURNE CONCERT (Never forgive Myself)

I will never forgive myself for missing the Australian "Awake" tour.

My husband wouldn't let me go as we couldn't afford it and he didn't really know about Josh Groban. Also we had one of "his" families gathering on the same night.

I am now separated from my husband.

So am now waiting for Josh to come back to Australia and give me another chance.

PLEASE, PLEASE.

AWAKE TOUR 2007!!!!

THE FIRST TIME EVER I WENT TO SEE JOSH GROBAN IN CONCERT AT THE AWAKE TOUR 2007 WAS IN PHOENIX, AZ. I WAS LIVING IN THAT CITY FOR 3 YEARS. I WAS LISTENING TO THE RADIO WHEN I HEARD THAT JOSH WAS COMING TO PHOENIX AND I SAID TO MYSELF, " I'VE GOT TO SEE HIS CONCERT". SO I BOUGHT MY CHEAPEST TICKET AND GOT THERE AS EARLIEST AS I CAN. WHEN THE SHOW STARTED, I WAS BLOWNED AWAY. I TOOK A FEW PICTURES AND RECORDED A FEW CLIPS FROM HIS SHOW. A WEEK LATER, I BOUGHT HIS NEW CD THAT WAS RELEASED AND I STILL LOVED IT FROM DAY. I'LL ALWAYS BE FOREVER A DIE-HARD FAN OF JOSH GROBAN FOR LIFE!!!!!!!!

Nov 27th , South Africa - Sun City

two months before 27th Nov 2004,just happened to listen to radio that midday and had just turned off cd played and no prizes for guessing who was in it. I hear them talking that Josh is coming to town, i pick up fone and ring my mom at work to tell her the news. Following day we were at ticketing agent to get our tickets. We bought the tickets but not without a slight problem at first cause our credit card wouldnt go thru at first and that meant we coud potentially lose the best seats ever randomly chosen by this machine, but the nice lady promised to keep them for us till following day. The tickets were in row A right in centre of stage.O.m.G we were really lucky.

Fast forward to Nov 27th, all i wanted to get to venue. I was so xcited i really thought i was going to explode. We were going to drive 2hrs to venue, book hotel nearby stay ova nite and leave next day. Many may ask why we had to drive 2hrs when we could have just waited our turn in Johannesburg to see Josh. Oh no, that's not me at all, i wasn't going to do that. I needed to see Josh on first perfomance in Sun City, it just made that more magical.
