WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
In order to obtain a one-time login link for you FOJG membership or your JoshGroban.com account, click "LOG IN" on the top right of the page, and click the "Forgot Password?" link underneath of the login fields.
You will receive an e-mail with a one-time login link. Once you are successfully logged into the site using this link, visit your Profile page, select the EDIT Tab and the ACCOUNT heading beneath that.
There, you will find two fields for a new password. Enter it in both fields and click "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.

WHAT ARE THE FOJG WELCOME PACKAGES?
When you join or renew on FOJG, you may select from one of the available Welcome Packages (described below). Please note that the names of these packages have recently changed, but the items being offered for Year 6 are the same as those offered starting 7/31/2009.

We strive to make special ticketing offers and seating arrangements available for FOJG Members whenever possible. Stay tuned to your member e-mails and the News section of the site for details on current or upcoming opportunities.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed. All fan club subscription sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for fan club membership subscriptions for any reason, including inability to purchase reserved tickets or inability to purchase preferred seats.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY WELCOME PACKAGE?
If you joined FOJG or renewed your membership since November 9, 2009...
Once you have placed your order, a Welcome Package code must be redeemed and shipping information must be entered so that we can have your items shipped to you.
Your Welcome Package code is available to you at all times on your Profile page, in a column on the right-hand side, in a special section labeled "Your Codes."
Highlight the code and "copy" it, careful not to include any blank spaces before or after it, then click the link beside it to continue the redemption process. "Paste" think code into the appropriate field on the page that opens, and fill out the rest of the form to complete your Welcome Package Redemption.

WHY CAN'T I SIGN IN ON THE MESSAGE BOARD?
The message board requires a separate registration from the main site at JoshGroban.com.
If you've never used the message board before, you will need to create an account by clicking where it says "Register" on the right-hand side of the login page.
We recommend creating your account on the message board using the same login name and password as you use for the main site, to keep things simple.
