WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
In order to obtain a one-time login link for you FOJG membership or your JoshGroban.com account, click "LOG IN" on the top right of the page, and click the "Forgot Password?" link underneath of the login fields.
You will receive an e-mail with a one-time login link. Once you are successfully logged into the site using this link, visit your Profile page, select the EDIT Tab and the ACCOUNT heading beneath that.
There, you will find two fields for a new password. Enter it in both fields and click "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.
WHAT IS THE MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE?
The membership package for Year 9 on FOJG is a bundle containing the following:
1) "All That Echoes," Josh's latest album, housed in a special digi-pak with an expanded booklet featuring extra photos and three bonus tracks.
2) A Year 9 Membership Card
3) Membership benefits such as access to the FOJG exclusive sections of JoshGroban.com, the FOJG members-only message board, and opportunities to take part in exclusive ticket offers when available.*
*The "Standard Tier" of membership for Year 9 contains only the benefits listed in number three (3) above.
WHERE IS MY FOJG DISCOUNT CODE?
Your discount code is available to you at all times when logged in to the site in a special section labeled "Your Codes", located in the right-hand column of your Profile page.
WHAT IS THE TICKETING POLICY?
We strive to make special ticketing offers and seating arrangements available for FOJG Members whenever possible. Stay tuned to your member e-mails and the News section of the site for details on current or upcoming opportunities.
PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are sold on a first come, first serve basis and are not guaranteed. All fan club subscription sales are final. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for fan club membership subscriptions for any reason, including inability to purchase reserved tickets or inability to purchase preferred seats.

FRIENDS OF JOSH GROBAN (or FOJG) is the official online fan club and community for recording artist Josh Groban.
Members of FOJG have access to exclusive contests, special ticketing opportunities, events, the FOJG Forum where fans from around the world can interact, and more!
HOW DO I REDEEM MY WELCOME PACKAGE?
Unlike previous years, in which membership is purchased and a code needed to be redeemed in order to have your package sent to you, Year 9 is the opposite.
After purchasing your "All That Echoes" bundle, the items will be shipped to you as a matter of course, however, you will also receive a membership code. This code will need to be redeemed in order for your account to "know" that you have renewed, and be updated accordingly.

WHY CAN'T I SIGN IN ON THE MESSAGE BOARD?
The message board requires a separate registration from the main site at JoshGroban.com.
If you've never used the message board before, you will need to create an account by clicking where it says "Register" on the right-hand side of the login page.
We recommend creating your account on the message board using the same login name and password as you use for the main site, to keep things simple.
