  • Where is my redemption code?

    Redemption codes are only given if you purchased the Deluxe Membership Package or the Stages packages. Redemption codes are located on the order confirmation page and on the order confirmation email under "Your Code(s)". If you purchased the Standard Membership, there will not be a redemption code.

    Then, login into JoshGroban.com and navigate to the FOJG section on JoshGroban.com (http://www.joshgroban.com/exclusive) then click on the link to the “Boards”. You should be automatically logged into FOJG.

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?

    In order to obtain a one-time login link for you FOJG membership or your JoshGroban.com account, click the "Forgot Password?" link underneath of the login fields.

    You will receive an e-mail with a one-time login link. Once you are successfully logged into the site using this link, visit your Profile page at: http://www.joshgroban.com/user , select the EDIT Tab and the ACCOUNT heading beneath that.

    There, you will find two fields for a new password. Enter it in both fields and click "SAVE" at the bottom of the page.

  • HOW DO I REDEEM MY WELCOME PACKAGE?

    Unlike previous years, in which membership is purchased and a code needed to be redeemed in order to have your package sent to you, Year 9 is the opposite.

    After purchasing your "All That Echoes" bundle, the items will be shipped to you as a matter of course, however, you will also receive a membership code. This code will need to be redeemed in order for your account to "know" that you have renewed, and be updated accordingly.

    Your membership code will be sent to you via e-mail following your purchase. If you did not receive it or have any questions, please contact us using the form located here:
