A sparkly smile, enormous talent, humility, courtesy and warm hugs to all, the ability to convey a sense that everyone is important, a positive attitude -- these things go a very long way. It's not about bulging muscles, fashion, or having perfect features.

Does this include medical help for fans who have already had one major brain surgery this mcdst training year and who's facing at least one more, along with GammaKnife treatments? It's a condition called Trigeminal Neuralgia, and if anyone's familiar with it, believe me I need help right now. Sometimes the pain becomes so bad I wish someone could hold me, so I can cry it out and feel better. The face pain's gone, but the head pain is relentless! Yes, it is the most painful chronic condition known mcitp dumps to medicine, and *no*, I'm not suicidal. Before Josh came along in my life, however, I was, because I'd been suffering in silence since around 1975 with no diagnosis. Many doctors still don't even believe the disease exists, but we finally can diagnose it with the invention of the MRA. That's not to be confused with the MRI. (The MRA exposes the Trigeminal nerve.) Moreover, I had 40 veins removed from the right side of my head. I haven't discovered mcp dumps anything on the left yet, but that's next, and right now, it doesn't feel good *at *all! I'm still trying to land a job, and Dialog In The Dark is still here in Atlanta. I loved that job, and I'd given anything to work there again. I was laid off last year due to "the economy." My mom's the only one in the family who's helping me at all, and some people think I'm a mental case. I'm looking for a neurologist who knows this disease well and who won't put me on even more pain medicine, because that just treats the symptoms. I need to get to the bottom of this, so I can get my life back. Heck, I need a vacation, because if I don't get to "re-create", I might just go crazy! Music has always had a huge impact on me, and I blame Josh for touching my heart so beautifully through the music. Yes, Josh, it's all your falt, and I'm glad you remind me vcp certification not to give up, because I know that if I do, I lose. I would love to hear from you again, and I wouldn't mind hearing from you dad, too. You all rocked my world, and you still do today. Thank you all so much for what you do. Heather Stubbs

I totally agree with you.. when you look at his picture and in his videos or interviews, you see a person that you will really like and not on the sensual side. a person so talented and so "beautiful". I don't know him personally, but I believe he is a good person...Definitely, I wish there are more like him.

I don't know why I didn't comment on this months ago but(I certainly kept this issue)after reading many of these comments I fear it has all been said already! Just like "beauty, sexy is in the eye of the beholder". As you've seen, there are many who would love to (be)hold you. I agree with most of what I've read and this IS a beautiful picture. I am waiting impatiently for your new album and tour. Sorry--I've been patient long enough! Still love you though!

Josh, it is so perfect that you sort of poke fun at this yearly "Sexiest Man Alive" thing. It shows what a grounded, well balanced individual you are, because you know that beauty (sexy) is always in the eye of the beholder. There can be very beautiful, sexy people that you would never describe as such, but after spending time with them, they become so in our eyes. Beauty and sexiness can only go so far. Many, many other qualities come into play to make a truly "beautiful, sexy" person. Thanks for being a totally beautiful, sexy person and putting this contest in the correct light. I have to wonder... but I think the percentage of women who see Josh Groban as "a piece of meat" is pretty small. He is certainly very handsome but his appeal isn't really a sexual thing (although I'm sure it *could* be if he was focused on you!). You don't see him and automatically think, "Wow, he's got a nice _____!" (fill in the blank).

Instead, it's that he enriches the lives of everyone he touches, young or old. His music is a large part of it, of course, but it's also because he's a good person: friendly, generous, caring, down-to-earth, funny, silly at times. Just warm and loving and happy. The kind of person that you want to spend time with, that makes you feel there is hope for humanity after all, and that makes you wish there were more like him.

The kind of guy we LOVE, not just want to.. ahem.. well, you know. :)
