    Dear Josh,

I just entered the Prizeo raffle for the Close and Personal experience in NYC, as our economic situation doesn’t allow us to spend any extra money this year in travels.

So I started writing: "I wish I could be with you close and personal this time, but money is not on our side now. You are like a son to me, and besides being my favorite singer, I admire your work with your foundation! It's been my dream to meet you for years, and last year a was very close, when you where in “The Great Comet”, as my son Gustavo was the one who built the big candelabra that was in center stage, and came down while you sang the end. I got to be there, and imagined that you two where in some sort of duet… haha!”…. I clicked submit and it said TOO LONG. Too long? and I was just trying to make it very brief and shirt, as I started to say what I wanted to say for 15 years. Not fair, as my 12 year old daughter would say!

I have been in every concert that you have given in Houston, Texas, and I went to see you in Broadway as soon as I could.

My son Gustavo is a lighting designer, and lives in NYC, and he gets very jealous because I always tell him -since he moved there five years ago: “if you see Josh, stop him, and tell him that you are his brother from another mother, and say hello from me” He laughs really hard, and thinks that I am just silly. Then you started dating Kat Dennings, whose very good friend with a friend of his, and I said: yay! you’ll meet him, can you tell him that your mom just loves him very much!… Nope, nothing, again. Then last year came the Comet, and I bought the tickets for me and my husband, my son and his girlfriend, and very close to the date he told me that he was building the big candelabra (the comet) for the show, and I was over the moon. I said this is my time, my birthday gift, my picture day, my autograph… nope, he doesn’t think is professional to mix things, or he was afraid to ask, or I don’t know… At least for me the scene of you singing solo to the comet, was like a duet with my son (whose birthday is on Feb. 28)

Last year I started a non-profit organization called Philanthrartist (philanthropist+artist=philanthrartist) inspired on my own passions, and in many artists that I admire, and I am working hard in making it grow. I hope one day we can collaborate, that Philanthrartist and Find your Light, can find common ground and create a beautiful project.

    Just love!
