A frustrating moment, it shall pass

Ok, feeling a bit frustrated at the moment. I love the Grobanites, but sadly, somedays I can't understand them. It all goes back to the American Music Awards where most people thought it was a great performance. Me, I thought it was ok, not his strongest, but still ok. That apparantly bothers some people. For some reason some people think by saying that it is saying something bad about Josh or Josh would be devastated by it. So not true. I am a supporter of his music like everyone else and don't see the need to have to be rosey and say cheery comments all the time. Some times songs, or performances are better than other ones. Its frustrating when people read more into what you said then what you actually meant.I think I must have spent a good half a day debating this. It was not mean, or full of any bad comments, but just the implication that all we should say is positive remarks is bothersome to me. Last time I checked this was America. Why can't people just accept that differences are going to be around and that no one is going to see the same view on a given topic. I also found disturbing that people can go ahead and talk of Josh as if he were a piece of meat, by talking of his hair, or body parts, yet be upset when some one makes a comment on a performance??? I don't get it. Am I missing something? I believe FOJG should be an open place to talk of music, performance, and what ever Josh brings to us. Isn't that what we are here for? But yet, people think thats wrong, and body talk is ok....... I am confused. I love the Grobanites, they are a very diverse group of people, so things will get tense at times. I have come to understand that, and even appreciate that. I just wish people wouldn't be so quick to judge something someone says. I am not always great at expressing my thoughts, so when someone reads more into it, it bothers me. The last thing I ever want to do is offend Josh, his family, or any of the Grobanites.I just wish a little more patients was around. Anyway, I have had my vent for the day.......ok, so its twice now. FOrgive me, I have a mind that never seems to quit. I hope everyone stays respectful of one another and remembers all the good things in their lives.Life is way too short to be spending on little quarrels on things that don't mean much in the large scheme of things. Happy Thanksgiving to all, Grobans, Grobanites........You are loved!
