Weightloss is a journey

I have learned that weightloss & maintenance is like a journey you board you're cruisin' for awhile & sometimes roadbumps or obstacles will be the way. There are many answers to this. And sometimes you'll get off to do some sightseeing, maybe even go back aways, but then you hop right back on. Its a struggle I've had most of my life. Yes, I was frustrated at times when I thought I was doing well & then get on the scale & I have a weight gain or maintain. Occasionally I'd hit plateaus. But I kept trekking. Cause I knew there was a bucket of gold at the other side of the rainbow. Even tho. I've made lifetime. The journey's not over. Its just changed a little & hearing from other lifetimers that it gets more challeging as life gets back to normal & some even gain but what I love about WW is that once a LT member always a LT. It might meaning I'll need to pay if I go over my goal or miss a month or two or more. But I haven't been this happy in a long time. Thats a reward in itself & my health is doing better. Thats about it for now.
