1 week of success with diet n' exercise. lost 1 pound and 1/2 inch on my belly.
it's going slow but i'm feeling good.
brkfst: oatmeal w/flaxseed oil
snack: pretzels
lunch: chicken sandwich
dinner: fried rice, soup, noodles, oranges
