Got the greyhound boy back from the specialist today. He did lots of prodding and more x rays and still feels his back legs, there is no physical damage. no muscle atrophy, he did take a couple more x rays of his lower back and think the dog might have a pinched nerve in the lower part. He is talking to our Greyhound adoption coordinator to ok a ct scan at the Univ vet hosp. Im sure they will approve it as he cant very well go to a forever home with a maybe like this. So Now, Ive got him back home and he is sooooo groggy from the anasthesia, poor guy, Im just sitting here staring at his chest move while hes sleeping.
