I loved this rendition of our National Anthem. I dislike it when
performers with less ability try to add jazz or rock or something from what it ought to be. It is a difficult song to do,but this was classic excellence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Star Spangled Banner, is one of my favorite songs, as I was born in Maryland. It was at Fort McHenry, in the Baltimore Harbor, where our beloved National Anthem was was written, by Francis Scott Key.
When you sing The Star Spangled Banner, it brings tears to my eyes, because I've been to Fort McHenry, it takes me there...I have stood there looking over the Baltimore Harbor, it hits home...

This is exactly how the National Anthem should be sung. Respectful and not full of a bunch of fluff! I think that Josh should be the official National Anthem singer! ( that's not a bias comment at all ;) )

It was AWESOME!!! I actually had some friends who I think were hoping that you would mess up. They just wanted to "put me in my place" after the Superbowl fiasco with their favorite singer... Yeah, right!!! Never!

Yeah! First to comment. It is so wonderful to hear the National Anthem sung with the respect that it deserves. Beautiful! That being said, I'm not sure about the choice of the bright white tennies...but they probably wouldn't let you wear your boots on their floor :)
