FOJG TICKET PRE-SALE INFORMATION Pre-sales begin October 21st. The New Haven show will be available at 10am EST. All of the California shows will be up later at 10am PST. Your pre-sale codes will be located on Your Profile page. Please note that your codes are good for only 2 tickets per show. Your pre-sale codes are one time use and for ONLINE ticket purchases only. You will not be able to buy tickets over the phone or at the venue box offices. Here is a step by step guide on how to purchase tickets: 1) Visit Your Profile page and write down your pre-sale codes. Your unique codes are located on the right hand side of the page. To see an image of where the code is located, check out this page. 2) Listed below the pre-sale codes are all the ticket links. Click on the pre-sale link for the show you want to get tickets for. 3) Once on the ticket pre-sale page, enter in your code in the pre-sale box 4) Select your tickets and complete your purchase. jgSarah and other board helpers will be online for live support in the FOJG board chat room. If you are having trouble during pre-sales, login to the chat room or email your questions to Customer Service. Here are additional tips for pre-sales: - Have your unique code on hand before the pre-sale begins. It's best to type in the code (beware of extra spaces) and store it somewhere safe. Be sure not to share your code with anyone -- members who share or sell their code may lose membership privileges and their tickets. - Be aware of pre-sale start times. Make sure you know when your pre-sale starts! Pre-sales for these 4 shows begin at 10am local time. (That is, if you're buying tickets for an event in New Haven, the pre-sale will begin at 10am EST, and if you're buying tickets for a California date the pre-sale will begin at 10am PST.) Ticket Availability is limited and it is strongly advised to purchase tickets as soon as presale begins. - For the San Diego show, create your Ticketmaster account ahead of time. To participate in pre-sales you must have an account set up with the Ticketmaster system. We highly recommend that you create your account before pre-sales begin. Please note, this account is separate from your FOJG account.
