Well, 2 days in a row for me! I exercised for 45 minutes (325 calories) and sweated my butt off! I'm feeling optimistic, although, my husband and I went to bed kinda grumpy with one another last night. No big fight, just distance. I love him with all of my heart, I know him well enough to try to prepare for his insecurity about me changing my diet and body. I know that he wants me to lose weight, that is no secret, but I think change is difficult for him. I am happy with myself for getting started with my program. I ate a plain burger with tomato and lettuce last night, no bun. I am following the rule set forth by Oprah and Bob Greene, NO WHITE STUFF- no sugar, no white bread, starch, pasta for 12 weeks.I know that I can do this. I finally got on the scale this mornign. 25 pounds is the magic number. I am worth the effort.
