jOSH WAS IN ST. LOUIS IN MAY AT THE SCOTTRADE CENTER!!! He performed to a very subdued audience that wanted to behave respectfully toward Josh. Only two people from the audience went up to the stage to shake his hand at the end of the concert. I wanted to so badly, but didn't know if that was acceptable. People did it all the time on the Awake DVD, so I was expecting it at this concert. It was a big disappointment not to shake Josh's hand or even make eye contact with him for that matter.
I wish you would come to the Saint Louis, MO area for a concert! You are VERY popular here and many people would love to hear you sing the songs that are absolutely beautiful! You have an amazing voice! Please give the Midwesterners a chance to see you in concert!

I know that that is from "if your HAPPY and you know it". But I thought that "If you're 30 and you know it, slap your face" was soooo funny. I just turned 19 in June. You know, I started being afraid of aging since I turned 15. I liked where I was at 14. I even still wish that I was 14. But I can't turn more than 22 (my golden b-day). So how amazing would it be to get picked to be the FOJG Road Reporter for the concert in London, Ontario! Here's a hoping! I have front row and center seats which is just unbelievably awesome! I can't wait! I had a dream last night that I met him in person! And no there was no romantic element to it! I am much to civilized for that! LOL! I'm not sure if you will read this, but first of all, thank you for coming to the Netherlands in October! I've been waiting for it for such a long time now, and now I can finally visit one of your concerts.
The thing is, I'm a portrait pencil artist. I've made many many drawings. And now I'm making a pencil portrait of you. I shall bring the drawing with me to Heineken Music Hall on October 2th. I hope I get the opportunity to give you this drawing as a gift. I will probably spend over 40 hours on this drawing. So it would be a fantastic wish to give it to you. That's all I want, and of course enjoy your amazing music. I hope the drawing will survive the journey to Amsterdam.

I know you receive many calls during the day by fans, but I will allow myself to write a post for my grandmother who is a sporty 73 year old and is very fan of you. Yesterday we were with her and she said that she is a super fan. She has all your cds and a lot of DVD movies. She does not use the internet, but has apparently found some information about you. All information in fact. Yesterday when we were with her, she talked about the fact that she would travel to Florida where you have a concert this fall, think, 73 years and will do everything to meet you. When we were with her, called my aunt to her to tell that you were going to Bergen on September 20 and Oslo 21, she was beside himself, and called me a hundred times to talk about you and that she can not sleep at night for she is looking forward to it as a child. The only thing she talks about is that she really wants to meet you, and I told her I would do everything in my power to make this happen.
I think this will make her the happiest 73 year old on earth do you think you can help me to fulfill her wish?
She has even knitted a pair of socks to you like she thinks you can use for the winter. Hehe .. A few minutes of your time, had done everything:)

I need to tell you how much my friend Cait loves you. She *is* Grobanfan #1.
I've told her to write to you, but her shyness overcomes her. So I thought I'd do it, cos what are friends for, right? :) Against all the odds life has thrown her way, Cait has chosen to take a positive route, become a successful ballerina, work a job AND be a full time student. She is the most hardworking person I know, and also the most humble. Most people would complain about 70 hours of rehearsals and work and study, but Cait just puts on a Josh Groban power ballad to power her through her days with a smile.
Anyway, Cait is JUMPING FOR JOY (literally) about you coming to the Verizon Center in DC this summer. She will have just graduated and nothing would be a better gift than if you could just give her a shout out from the stage. She will be there and will be so surprised to hear you take a sec and acknowledge her graduation accomplishment. Do you think you could? Please? It will MAKE HER LIFE!!!

"You raise me up" is a very special song for me and my mom. For her 50'th birthday I gave that to her, 'cause it really describes my feelings for all she's done for me and what she means to me. Every time she hears the song she goes : " Oh, that's my song!" So i'm kindof hoping that if you're gonna do that song in Bergen - that you could dedicate it to my mom! It would really mean a great deal to me, and would make my mom so happy. She doesn't know about it, of course.

So how amazing would it be to get picked to be the FOJG Road Reporter for the concert in London, Ontario! Here's a hoping! I have front row and center seats which is just unbelievably awesome! I can't wait! I had a dream last night that I met him in person! And no there was no romantic element to it! I am much to civilized for that! LOL! But none the less it was awesome meeting him in my dream! So we must make this a reality, wouldn't you say! I have been such a huge fan for ........ well do I dare say.....since his appearance on the show Ally McBeal! I feel like I'm in Elementary school and in Gym class waiting to be picked for a good old game of Dodge Ball and internally screaming "Pick me! Pick me! Pick me! Ha Ha!

I know this is a long shot, but here goes. My son is marrying his best friend and high school sweetheart on May 27 in Nebraska. They have known each other since kindergarten and will graduate from college May 7. They both LOVE your voice, your music and your work. I told him you were in concert in Omaha on May 24 - and he would love to go with her. I don't know if we can afford the tickets right now, but if you would dedicate a song to them at the concert in Omaha, we would make it happen.
When he was clearly falling in love with her, one of his favorite songs "When You Say You Love Me"... They are a beautiful couple, and music is a big part of their life. What are the chances that you might be able to dedicate this song to Katlyn and Ian on May 24?
I know you probably get a million requests like this, and I have never done anything like this before - but it seems so 'meant to be' that you are in concert the week they will be married.

I'm not sure if you will read this, but first of all, thank you for coming to the Netherlands in October! I've been waiting for it for such a long time now, and now I can finally visit one of your concerts.
The thing is, I'm a portrait pencil artist. I've made many many drawings. And now I'm making a pencil portrait of you. I shall bring the drawing with me to Heineken Music Hall on October 2th. I hope I get the opportunity to give you this drawing as a gift. I will probably spend over 40 hours on this drawing. So it would be a fantastic wish to give it to you. That's all I want, and of course enjoy your amazing music. I hope the drawing will survive the journey to Amsterdam.

I can't wait to see you in Bergen, Josh!!!! Tickets are bought (2.row!!!!!) and the only sad thing is that it's so many days until september 20. But it's going to be great!! Traveled to Oslo to see you in 2007 and I was very close to buying tickets for you concert in New York in November, but you coming to my town, is the best thing ever.You are by far my favorite singer!!

I know you receive many calls during the day by fans, but I will allow myself to write a post for my grandmother who is a sporty 73 year old and is very fan of you. Yesterday we were with her and she said that she is a super fan. She has all your cds and a lot of DVD movies. She does not use the internet, but has apparently found some information about you. All information in fact. Yesterday when we were with her, she talked about the fact that she would travel to Florida where you have a concert this fall, think, 73 years and will do everything to meet you. When we were with her, called my aunt to her to tell that you were going to Bergen on September 20 and Oslo 21, she was beside himself, and called me a hundred times to talk about you and that she can not sleep at night for she is looking forward to it as a child. The only thing she talks about is that she really wants to meet you, and I told her I would do everything in my power to make this happen.
I think this will make her the happiest 73 year old on earth do you think you can help me to fulfill her wish?
She has even knitted a pair of socks to you like she thinks you can use for the winter. Hehe .. A few minutes of your time, had done everything:)

I need to tell you how much my friend Cait loves you. She *is* Grobanfan #1.
I've told her to write to you, but her shyness overcomes her. So I thought I'd do it, cos what are friends for, right? :) Against all the odds life has thrown her way, Cait has chosen to take a positive route, become a successful ballerina, work a job AND be a full time student. She is the most hardworking person I know, and also the most humble. Most people would complain about 70 hours of rehearsals and work and study, but Cait just puts on a Josh Groban power ballad to power her through her days with a smile.
Anyway, Cait is JUMPING FOR JOY (literally) about you coming to the Verizon Center in DC this summer. She will have just graduated and nothing would be a better gift than if you could just give her a shout out from the stage. She will be there and will be so surprised to hear you take a sec and acknowledge her graduation accomplishment. Do you think you could? Please? It will MAKE HER LIFE!!!

omg, can't believe you are coming to norway. and it's around the time of my birthday, so this is going to be a great birthdaypresent for my self. i was at your last concert here in oslo in 2007, and it was great. definately going to the upcoming one in Oslo. you are by far the best artist i know of, so i'll be logged on to this page and buying tickets as soon as possible... the new cd is just magical... litterally listen to it all the time..

"You raise me up" is a very special song for me and my mom. For her 50'th birthday I gave that to her, 'cause it really describes my feelings for all she's done for me and what she means to me. Every time she hears the song she goes : " Oh, that's my song!" So i'm kindof hoping that if you're gonna do that song in Bergen - that you could dedicate it to my mom! It would really mean a great deal to me, and would make my mom so happy. She doesn't know about it, of course.
Anyway - I can't wait to go to the concert! I'll be there!
