Italy, May 1, 2013

It's going well, surprisingly enough , though I felt a little dizzy this morning but it passed within an hour.

BREAKFAST: The usual 1/2 cup of coffee, with a little milk and a little sugar
one tiny thin slice of breakfast cake

LUNCH: 1/3 banana
1 slice of whole wheat 5 grain bread with peanut butter!!

MID-AFTERNOON: nothing because had peanut butter at lunch...

DINNER: 1 boiled medium potato with a little Extra Extra Virgin oil, parsley, a little salt
1/4 cup grated carrots with a little lemon juice and a little sugar

Tonight, I felt some pangs of hunger; maybe because I truly enjoyed having the peanut butter at lunch and knew there was none left for Day 4 or 5!! Hang in there girl!
