FOJG member pre-sales for the Los Angeles, CA show at the Greek Theatre will begin on February 2nd at 10am local venue time and end on February 3rd at 10pm local venue time. General on sales begin on February 5th at 12pm local venue time. Members will be able to access the Los Angeles pre-sale using a pre-sale code located in the FOJG User Profile Page.

FOJG member pre-sales for the Sydney show at the Sydney Opera House will begin on February 1st at 10am local venue time and end on February 2nd at 10am local venue time. General on sales will begin on February 5th at 10am local venue time. Members will be able to access the Sydney pre-sale using a special member's only link posted in the FOJG User Profile Page.

Pre-sale Instructions:

Pre-sale tickets for this tour are VERY limited due to the small sizes of the venue and have the possibility of selling out quickly! Members can purchase up to 4 tickets.

Your pre-sale codes are for ONLINE ticket purchases only. You will not be able to buy tickets over the phone or at the venue box offices.

Here is a step by step guide on how to purchase tickets:

1) Visit FOJG User Profile Page and write down your pre-sale code or visit the pre-sale link. Your unique codes and pre-sale link are located on the right hand side of the page.
2) Once on the ticket pre-sale page, enter in your code in the offer code or pre-sale code box
3) Select your tickets and complete your purchase.

Here are additional tips for pre-sales:

- Have your unique code on hand before the pre-sale begins. It's best to type in the code (beware of extra spaces) and store it somewhere safe. Be sure not to share your code with anyone -- members who share or sell their code may lose membership privileges and their tickets.

- Be aware of pre-sale start times. Make sure you know when your pre-sale starts! Ticket Availability is limited and it is strongly advised to purchase tickets as soon as pre-sale begins.

There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits for fan club membership subscriptions for any reason, including inability to purchase pre-sale tickets or inability to purchase preferred seats.
