Well, it still hasn't happened, and I'm emailed everything they needed, and that even included a copy of the portion of Cyndi's credit card showing I'm even fully paid up and got my FOJG gifts, but only for the $29.00 membership, and low and behold she wa s charged $49.00 to her card. I even sent an email to JoshGroban@studiofanmail.com I still can't get in to my account or listen to the videos. So why isn't anyone doing anything about this issue? Thank you so much for your help. "Flash Movie Open,---
Just a quick followup that when I go to listen to the video, I have two lines: "Flash Movie open, and Flash Movie closed." Pretend you have no mouse or moniter in front of you. You're using the keyboard. Your speech synthesizer reads only what's "visible" to it, but that doesn't include pictures and graphics or non-character symbols, because it's can't verbally describe them. This understood, the synthesizer needs "tags" it can "read" to me, so I can put my cursor on that "button" and press the spacebar to make it work. I hope I've made it clear for anyone to understand this. I would like to also thank anyone in advance who will listen and help. Thank you.

I'd love to hear the video, but it's inaccessible to blind listeners, again. I hate to make this public, but it seems I'm not being heard by FOJG, and yet, Josh certainly hears me, and he knows what I'm going through just trying to be understood. Thank you, Josh, for making your posts accessible to "blinks" like me. Could you possibly step in and help me, so I can listen to the video? I would also like to be able to hear everything on the FOJG video page, because my membership is still active through November 9th, 2010. I apologize to everyone out there who has to read this, but I've sent emails to FOJG, and I am being needlessly challenged by someone who wants to insist that my membership has already ended, when it was renewed in June of 2009, and on the 26th if I remember correctly. I don't normally join fan clubs, so when I joined FOJG, I did that for a reason. Josh, thank you for your honesty. You saved my life 5 years ago, so I think that's a reason to wait for that next album, and I'm sure it'll be terrific! I just need to be able to hear your voice and follow you, so can you help them make sure to make your videos accessible? Thanks. Heather

I have an idea
I... have an idea. Have you ever thought about buying your own environmentally friendly JG little "limo"? You could decorate it with crazy art work, your little cartoon guy, and your emblem. You are getting more and more popular, and I am sure you will be asked to perform at so many more events. If they would let you use it, it might be a cool way of supporting the environment, and expressing your infamous silly side? I doubt if administrators would let you ride your tricycle with crossed eyes. Hopefully fans will hold off on calling your voice angelic, so it won't be a problem, and we don't have to bear the talking backwards, you described in twitter. And what kind of sound you might special order for that horn??
We will all be on the edge of our seats waiting to hear!

My recycleable organic t-shirt I am getting in my FOJG membership, will be GREAT for my work-outs. I suppose it will be in the mail soon! And I needed another collapsable tote, for fresh produce. I don't buy too many canned goods. Anyway, thanks for supporting the environment with those JG products. It is very much appreciated. Oh and good choice not to take Sweeney to the event. ...with flea there, after all...Hey, are you scratching that head up there in that picture? Better check into that.
PS In meye professional grobaneyet opinion, (since you are open to negative criticism), I think waiting until you are governor, to purchase the car, would be a mistake. Definitley waaaay too long if you wait until your presidency. With that dual career on the way, you may want to get started with these things asap.

It's a true testiment to your parents and your character. Don't change a thing, it's what I admire most about you.
I am not a normal "fan" in that I see past the fame and glitz and try to see the real person instead of idolizing them. You make that very easy with your openess and true dedication to those of us that really love ya!

This footage is so fun to watch because YOU are having so much fun! Flea was the icing on the cake for me. I was a huge RHCP fan in the 90's. It was so great to see him sharing the stage with you! Awesome! :D Thanks so much for sharing that with us! I wasn't happy with the outcome of the game unfortunately because Texas lost. But it was still exciting to watch! I bet the atmosphere was electric! So glad you were a part of it! :~)

Altho I am not US citizen, I am Irish, I really enjoyed ur rendition of National Anthem and esp enjoyed seeing you singing it accompanied by Flea...He is brilliant musician and being Irish loved the Green Guitar!!! Well done Josh!!

I am a huge football fan, but an even BIGGER fan of yours!! Since I am an Auburn (Alabama) fan, I was rooting for Texas, and well, obviously ended up disappointed (LOL). However, that didn't matter! For me, you singing The National Anthem was the best part of the evening!! What I also love is to see how much you seem to honestly LOVE doing it!
